Office Explorer is a training activity designed to familiarize employees with the company's geography, with particular emphasis on its subsidiaries, regional offices, or production sites. This training is particularly useful for large companies with an extensive presence in several geographical locations.

Pré-requisitos

Import the Beekast "Office Explorer" template, or use your own template by importing an image directly into the activity.

Associate proposals to the dots, by clicking on the "+ Add Zone" button, to the left of the little red garbage can. You can add as many proposals as you like.

Overview

Before starting the training session, introduce participants to the purpose of the "Office Explorer" activity. Explain that they will have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the company's geography and its various sites.

Exploration

Explain how the "Office Explorer" activity works. Each participant will place his or her sticker on the location of a company site they wish to learn about, or on a site they already know about.

Let participants explore the map of the company's geographical sites. They can then place their sticker on the site.

Discussion

After exploration, encourage discussion. Participants can share what they've discovered about the company's geographical sites, ask questions about specific sites, or discuss the importance of these sites to the company's overall operations.

Tip: The facilitator can also display the activity podium to see the ranking of the correct answers, and highlight the players who found the right answers.

Summary

Summarize the main points covered during the "Office Explorer" training course. You can also make a note of questions that need to be answered later, or of specific actions that need to be taken to deepen your knowledge of the sites.
