Where's Waldo?
The "Where's Waldo?" activity is an interactive game that challenges participants to locate the famous "Waldo" character within an image. The activity takes place in evaluation mode and is designed to add a dose of competition to your meetings or events. Participants have three minutes to find Waldo and place their sticker on him to earn points!

Overview
Before starting the activity, introduce the challenge to participants and explain how the game works.
Exploration
Make it clear that participants have three minutes to find Waldo in the picture. Explain that they must place their sticker/dot on Waldo's spot as soon as they find him.
Start the timer and let participants explore the image in search of Waldo. They can move their dot as many times as they like during the three-minute period.
Discussion
Once the timer stops, discuss the result. Invite participants to share their strategies for finding Waldo, their reactions once they've located him, and the placement of their dot.
Tip: The facilitator can also display the activity podium to see the ranking of correct answers and highlight the players who found Waldo fastest!
Summary
Sum up the game by announcing the number of participants who have correctly located Waldo and placed their dot on him. You can also reward the winner(s) according to the points awarded.
