Create your character
Suggest to your participants that they build a character that looks like them and that corresponds to their state of mind before your session. A fun and visual activity ideal for energising your group before starting a workshop or event.

Prepare a Canvas activity and import the Beekast character template you want to use.
Add the names of the participants above the boxes they will use to create their character. Adjust the number of boxes according to the size of your group by duplicating them or deleting excess ones.

Presentation
Clarify the subject of the meeting before starting the activity so that everyone knows where they stand.
Present the principle of the activity to the participants. Remind them that they must copy and paste the illustrations from the template into their space, not move them around.
Then start your participants to create their characters.
Creation
Everyone copies and pastes the illustrations in their box to create a character that looks like them and expresses how they feel about the workshop or event.
Each participant then adds a word that describes their character's expression.
Tips: it takes 5-10 minutes for all participants to build their character.
Summary
If you are facilitating a group of less than 10 people, you can ask each of your participants to briefly introduce their character and explain their expression.
Tips: you should allow 10 to 20 minutes for this, depending on the size of the group.
If your workshop or event has more than 10 participants, once everyone has finished, you can quickly introduce each character 1 by 1 to the whole group.
Suggesties en variaties
Feel free to use the capture function of the Canvas (by clicking on the three dots to the right of the title) to save the image of the group of characters and share it with your participants in the discussion area!
If your participants already know each other, you can make this activity even more fun by asking them to create their neighbour's character in the box to the right of their first name.
